What began as a cozy neighborhood sandwich counter has grown into a small family of shops rooted in one simple idea: real food, done right. Every sandwich starts with our own bread, baked fresh each morning at our production kitchen. From our house-made proteins to our sauces and toppings, we put the same care into every ingredient we serve.

BOSSA IS COMING TO THE SOUTH SHORE! 🫶

We’re opening our 4th location at The Square in Dix30! Construction is underway, and we can’t wait for it all to come together.

We brought in @anonymusconcepts to design something classic and timeless, something we can all be really proud of. Constructionr RPR is all hands on deck, making sure we can open as soon as possible, and @atelierduchef is getting all our equipment needs sorted & @pixedia for all our printing needs!

This project is one we’ve been looking forward to for a long time. Thank you to our incredible team for holding it down so we can keep working on these new projects. And thank you to our amazing and loyal customers for supporting us through it all, the ups and the downs.
