We poured our hearts into this location and are beyond thrilled that you all love it. We’ve been doing this sandwich thing for a while now, and it truly feels like we finally nailed the kitchen and line flow. More than anything, we wanted this space to represent us fully — warm, classic, and built to age like fine wine.

With that being said, thank you to the entire team that made this happen: Italo, Remy, Johnathan, Guillaume, Phil, Simon, and about 100 others. You guys absolutely killed it.

To all our friends and family who showed up yesterday, thank you for the support. To our loyal customers who waited in a line that wrapped around the square — we are in awe. And to this incredible new team, who have been going to war for a week straight now, I am beyond impressed. I’ve never seen anything like it.
